What are your fees?

We do not charge a management fee. We earn a performance-based fee only on returns that exceed our stated hurdle rate.

What are the liquidity terms?

Investments are subject to a 12-month initial lock-up, followed by semi-annual redemption windows.

Who handles fund administration?

We work with NAV Fund Services, an established third-party fund administrator.

Do you short stocks?

While the fund is structured as a hedge fund, we are strictly long-only and do not short securities.
